Het 'F'-model is wat je het Lowden Grand Auditorium model kunt noemen en is uitermate geschikt voor fingerstyle, maar ook zeer krachtig en sterk genoeg voor ritme spel. Het is geen verrassing dat de klank van deze gitaar perfect in balans is van de diepe bas tot de kristalheldere hoge tonen. De achterkant en zijkanten van Madagascar Rosewood vormen een geweldig team met het Adirondack sparren bovenblad en bieden een warm, gedefinieerd en rijk karakter.
De vijfdelige hals van mahonie en palissander met 'GL Standard' vorm ontmoet de body bij de 14e fret, terwijl de met ebben ombonden ebbenhouten toets zijn weg vervolgt over het bovenblad tot hij het klankgat ontmoet met een prachtige welving.
