In our physical shop, you can try an instrument, amplifier or pedal to your heart's content or get a demonstration. We understand that this is difficult via the Internet. Although we are happy to film extra demos for you or make more footage, an instrument in real life may feel different than you want. 

The right of withdrawal was developed for this type of situation. According to this right, you legally have a period of 14 days to indicate you want to return the product. We at TFOA add another 16 days to that, giving you 30 days to try the product. You will receive a full refund after we have received the product in good condition.

At TFOA, we take care of every product that comes into and leaves our store. We believe that this personal attention and service is very important, but it also incurs certain costs. Additionally, we are aware that shipping our products has an impact on the environment. We have set ourselves the goal of minimizing the number of returns. We do this by providing honest information upfront, and you can always contact us if you have any questions or would like to receive a demo video of the product. Therefore, starting from May 2023, we have chosen to charge return fees if you want to return the product. You can also return the product to us yourself, but in that case, you are responsible for the shipping/shipper.
