The Fellowship of Acoustics is the international specialist in high-quality acoustic guitars. From our base in Dedemsvaart, we serve musicians and enthusiasts all over the world. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a meticulous and structured purchasing and administrative assistant for a minimum of 16 hours per week.

What are you going to do?

In this versatile role, you will support both the purchasing team and general administration. You will ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and correctly. Your duties will include:

  • Creating and processing purchase orders
  • Checking and adjusting purchase and sales prices
  • Booking and processing purchase invoices
  • Keeping and checking the purchasing records

Support with general administrative tasks such as:

  • Identifying deviations and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Contributing ideas on improving administrative processes

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who likes to keep track of things and works meticulously. You enjoy keeping administrative tasks in order and feel responsible for ensuring they are processed correctly.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Accurate and structured working
  • Administratively strong and has an eye for detail
  • Experience with administrative tasks (purchasing experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient with computers and systems (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
  • Has an affinity for music and/or musical instruments (preferred, not required)
