Wolfgang Jellinghaus Romantica

At the time, the guitar was becoming more and more popular, but the bracing designs limited the amount of volume it could produce. Lacote altered the common ladder bracing pattern to encourage more movement and volume from the top, and increased the size of the lower body. Lacôte’s guitars were highly appreciated by the music scene at the time, and are still very recognized for their finesse, beauty of tone and ease of playing.
The ladder bracing and short scale length stay true to Lacôte’s model, while the rosette for example is a modern addition. Moreover, you'll will instantly fall in love with the warm tone of this Romantica.
