Lakewood A45 Custom Ziricote European Spruce 2020

Meer dan 30 jaar geleden werd het handelsmerk Lakewood geboren. De instrumenten van Lakewood zijn handgemaakte Duitse kwaliteitsgitaren, gemaakt door Martin Seeliger en zijn team. Seeliger vond de naam op een kaart in de buurt van Lake Erie en maakte het tot zijn merknaam; hiermee werd de eerste hoeksteen gelegd. Het vakmanschap van de bouwers van Lakewood uit zich niet alleen in de vlekkeloze afwerking, maar ook bij uitstek in de klank!

Deze Custom Lakewood heeft het Auditorium-formaat, het kleinste formaat uit het assortiment van Lakewood. De gitaar is opgebouwd uit een ziricote klankkast met daarbij een AAA-kwaliteit Europees sparren bovenblad met prachtige bearclaw-tekening. Zoals we van Lakewood gewend zijn is de versiering ook mooi; de binding is van taxushout, en deze houtsoort keert samen met ziricote en abalone ook terug in de rozet. De 13-fret mahonie hals heeft een ebben toets met een prachtige parelmoer inleg op de 12e fret, en is afgewerkt met een ziricote kopplaat. De LR Baggs Anthem pickup zorgt er tenslotte voor dat de gitaar ook versterkt goed voor de dag komt.

De gitaar is gebouwd in 2020, en verkeert nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. Slechts minimale speelsporen en twee zeer kleine dings onderscheiden deze gitaar van een nieuw exemplaar. De gitaar wordt met Custom Shop certificaat geleverd in een koffer van Hiscox.

More than 30 years ago, the Lakewood trademark was born. Lakewood instruments are handmade German quality guitars, made by Martin Seeliger and his team. Seeliger found the name on a map near Lake Erie and made it his brand name; this laid the first cornerstone. The craftsmanship of the builders of Lakewood is not only reflected in the flawless finish, but also in the sound!

This Custom Lakewood has the Auditorium size, the smallest size in the Lakewood range. The guitar is built from a ziricote sound box with a AAA-quality European spruce top with a beautiful bearclaw pattern. As we are used to from Lakewood, the decoration is also beautiful; the binding is made of yew wood, and this type of wood also returns in the rosette together with ziricote and abalone. The 13-fret mahogany neck has an ebony fingerboard with a beautiful mother-of-pearl inlay on the 12th fret, and is finished with a ziricote headstock overlay. Finally, the LR Baggs Anthem pickup ensures that the guitar also looks good when amplified.

The guitar was built in 2020, and is still in near mint condition. Only minimal playing traces and two very small dings distinguish this guitar from a new one. The guitar comes with a Custom Shop certificate in a Hiscox hardshell case.

Vor über 30 Jahren wurde die Marke Lakewood geboren. Lakewood-Instrumente stehen für handgefertigte deutsche Qualitätsgitarren, gefertigt von Martin Seeliger und seinem Team. Seeliger fand den Namen auf einer Karte in der Nähe des Eriesees und machte ihn zu seinem Markennamen; damit war der Grundstein gelegt. Die Handwerkskunst der Lakewood-Bauer spiegelt sich nicht nur in der makellosen Lackierung, sondern auch im Klang wider!

Diese Custom Lakewood hat die Auditorium-Größe, die kleinste Größe der Lakewood-Reihe. Die Gitarre besteht aus einem Ziricote-Resonator mit einer Decke aus europäischer AAA-Fichte mit wunderschöner Bärenklauenstruktur. Wie von Lakewood gewohnt, ist auch die Verzierung wunderschön: Das Binding besteht aus Eibenholz, und diese Holzart findet sich auch in der Rosette wieder, zusammen mit Ziricote und Abalone. Der 13-bündige Mahagonihals hat ein Ebenholzgriffbrett mit einer wunderschönen Perlmutt-Einlage am 12. Bund und ist mit einer Ziricote-Kopfplattenauflage versehen. Der LR Baggs Anthem Tonabnehmer sorgt dafür, dass die Gitarre auch verstärkt gut aussieht.

Die Gitarre wurde 2020 gebaut und befindet sich in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand. Nur minimale Spielspuren und zwei sehr kleine Dellen unterscheiden sie von einer Neuware. Die Gitarre wird mit Custom-Shop-Zertifikat in einem Hiscox-Koffer geliefert.
