De Lowden 50 Series is het allerbeste wat Lowden te bieden heeft, het neusje van de spreekwoordelijke zalm. Deze prachtige F50 gebruikt uniek en spectaculair Mastergrade African Blackwood voor de achterkant en zijkanten en heeft een ebben binding met 38-Stijl abalone purfling. Maar daar houdt het niet op!
Het bovenblad is gemaakt van Mastergrade Sinker Redwood. Sinker Redwood stamt uit Californië en wordt gewonnen uit 1000 tot 2000 jaar oude bomen die natuurlijk omgevallen zijn en eeuwenlang bewaard zijn gebleven onder water. De klank is adembenemend. De typische herkenbare piano-achtige Lowden klank is zeer goed te onderscheiden door het unieke warme, gedefinieerde en rijke klankpalet van het African Blackwood.
De vijfdelige hals van mahonie en palissander met 'GL Standard' vorm ontmoet de body bij de 14e fret, terwijl de ebbenhouten toets zijn weg vervolgt over het bovenblad tot hij het klankgat ontmoet met een prachtige welving. Op de toets prijkt een prachtige abalone Leaf-inleg, terwijl op de headstock een kopplaat van African Blackwood te vinden is. Voor extra speelcomfort heeft Lowden de body van deze F50 ook nog eens voorzien van een bevel.
Deze Lowden wordt met TFOA-paspoort geleverd in een koffer van Ameritage.
The Lowden 50 Series is the very best that Lowden has to offer, the cream of the crop. This beautiful F50 uses unique and spectacular Mastergrade African Blackwood for the back and sides and has an ebony binding with 38-Style abalone purfling. But it doesn't stop there!
The top is made of Mastergrade Sinker Redwood. Sinker Redwood originates from California and is harvested from 1000 to 2000 year old trees that have fallen naturally and have been preserved under water for centuries. The sound is breathtaking. The typical recognizable piano-like Lowden sound is very distinguishable through the unique warm, defined and rich tonal palette of the African Blackwood.
The five-piece mahogany and rosewood neck with 'GL Standard' shape meets the body at the 14th fret, while the ebony fingerboard continues its way along the top until it meets the soundhole with a beautiful curve. The fingerboard features a beautiful abalone leaf inlay, while the headstock features an African Blackwood headstock plate. For added playing comfort, Lowden has also provided the body of this F50 with a bevel.
This Lowden comes with a TFOA passport in an Ameritage hardshell case.

Die Oberseite besteht aus Mastergrade Sinker Redwood. Sinker Redwood stammt aus Kalifornien und wird aus 1.000 bis 2.000 Jahre alten Bäumen gewonnen, die auf natürliche Weise umgefallen und jahrhundertelang unter Wasser konserviert wurden. Der Klang ist atemberaubend. Der typische, erkennbare, klavierartige Lowden-Sound zeichnet sich sehr gut durch die einzigartige warme, definierte und reiche Klangpalette des afrikanischen Blackwood aus.
Der fünfteilige Hals aus Mahagoni und Palisander in „GL Standard“-Form trifft am 14. Bund auf den Korpus, während sich das Griffbrett aus Ebenholz weiter oben entlangzieht, bis es in einem schönen Bogen auf das Schallloch trifft. Das Griffbrett ist mit einer wunderschönen Einlage aus Abaloneblättern versehen, während die Kopfplatte über eine Kopfplattenplatte aus afrikanischem Blackwood verfügt. Für zusätzlichen Spielkomfort hat Lowden den Korpus dieses F50 zudem mit einer Abschrägung versehen.
Dieser Lowden wird mit einem TFOA-Pass in einem Hartschalenkoffer von Ameritage geliefert.
