Lowden O22 Cedar Mahogany
The Original Series was the very first Lowden range from 1976, just as the ‘O’ model is George’s original Lowden body design. The Original series features understated aesthetic appointments; a five-piece wood rosette, wood binding on the back and top, three-piece purfling on the top, rosewood headstock overlay and an ebony fingerboard.
The mahogany body is complemented with a cedar top for a full, warm tone. The 'O' size body produces plenty of volume, and will sound at its best with fingerstyle while it can also handle other playing styles. This is a very fine instrument and a typical example of the high quality and craftsmanship that comes from the Lowden workshop.
Comes in a Lowden hardshell case with TFOA passport.
