Atkin OM37 Natural Heavy Aged 2022
Atkin gaat nog een stapje verder met de 'heavy aging'-afwerking met deze OM37. Bovendien laat deze OM37 zien dat hij is geïnspireerd door een 'andere' vintage gitaar dan de standaard Atkin. Het bovenblad vertoont lichte verkleuringen en is van nature gemarkeerd door de verschillende sporen.
De essentie van deze OM37 is de palissander achterkant en zijkanten, gecombineerd met een gebakken Sitka bovenblad en ondersteund met handgeschulpte versteviging. De mahoniehouten hals heeft een palissander toets met old school short pattern Diamond & Squares inlay en palissander headstock overlay, en tot slot de buitensporige toon en perfect verouderde afwerking die je direct doen denken aan een Martin uit de jaren '40.
Deze Atkin OM37 uit 2022 verkeert met slechts lichte speelsporen in excellente conditie en wordt geleverd in de originele koffer van TKL.
Atkin takes the 'heavy aging' finish a step further with this OM37. Moreover, this OM37 shows that it was inspired by a 'different' vintage guitar than the standard Atkin. The top shows light discolorations and is naturally marked by the various traces.
The essence of this OM37 is the rosewood back and sides, combined with a baked Sitka top and supported with hand-waved reinforcement. The mahogany neck has a rosewood fingerboard with old school short pattern Diamond & Squares inlay and rosewood headstock overlay, and finally the excessive tone and perfectly aged finish that immediately remind you of a Martin from the '40s.
This 2022 Atkin OM37 is in excellent condition with only light playing traces and comes in the original TKL hardshellcase.
Atkin geht mit dieser OM37 noch einen Schritt weiter mit dem „Heavy Aging“-Finish. Darüber hinaus zeigt diese OM37, dass sie von einer „anderen“ Vintage-Gitarre inspiriert wurde als die Standard-Atkin. Die Oberseite weist leichte Verfärbungen auf und ist natürlich durch die verschiedenen Spuren gekennzeichnet.
Die Essenz dieser OM37 sind der Boden und die Seiten aus Palisander, kombiniert mit einer gebackenen Sitka-Oberseite und unterstützt mit handgewellter Verstärkung. Der Mahagonihals hat ein Griffbrett aus Palisander mit Old-School-Kurzmuster-Inlay „Diamond & Squares“ und Palisander-Kopfplattenauflage und schließlich den übermäßigen Ton und das perfekt gealterte Finish, das sofort an eine Martin aus den 40er Jahren erinnert.
Diese 2022 Atkin OM37 ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand mit nur leichten Spielspuren und wird im originalen TKL-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
