Eastman AR880CE Blonde John Pisano
Toen John Pisano de Pisano-serie gitaren voor Eastman ontwierp, kon hij putten uit tientallen jaren ervaring als speler en een grondige kennis van de constructie van archtop-gitaren die hij vergaarde door zijn samenwerking met Bob Benedetto, John Monteleone en John D' Angelico.

De AR880CE heeft een sparren bovenblad, esdoorn achterkant, zijkanten en hals, en een ebbenhouten toets. Zowel functioneel als stijlvol, is hij uitgerust met een aantrekkelijk Pisano stijl staartstuk, Schaller stemmechanieken met ebbenhouten knoppen, houten volume- en toonknoppen en een ebbenhouten slagplaat.
De Kent Armstrong humbucker produceert een rijke, donkere toon die qua definitie en helderheid bijna akoestisch klinkt, maar toch zeer feedbackbestendig is, waardoor een hoog volume kan worden gespeeld.
When John designed the Pisano series of guitars for Eastman, he was able to draw upon decades of experience as a player as well as a deep knowledge of archtop guitar construction which he gleaned from his association with Bob Benedetto, John Monteleone, and John D'Angelico.
