Tim Marcus ontwerpt versterkers op basis van zijn eigen ervaring en behoeften, en toen het tijd werd om de Creamer te ontwerpen, wilde hij een balans vinden tussen een perfect gestemde gitaarklank met een behoorlijke hoeveelheid kracht en draagbaarheid.
De Creamer moest zeer veelzijdig zijn, dus er is een instelbaar cathode bias circuit inbegrepen, zodat de gebruiker gemakkelijk 6L6 of 6V6-uitgangsbuizen kan vervangen zonder de uitgangsbuizen opnieuw te biasen. Er is op de achterkant een schakelaar gemonteerd om een luidsprekeruitgang van 8 ohm te behouden, ongeacht het gebruikte buistype. Binnen in het chassis vind je een interne bias-aanpassing voor het geval je de bias wilt afstellen.
Met 6V6s buizen geeft de Creamer ongeveer 20 watt aan vermogen in 8ohms, wat resulteert in een milde break-up. Plaats er een paar 6L6's erin, draai de schakelaar op het achterpaneel om en je krijgt een beetje meer low-end, subtielere middentonen en een beetje meer headroom. Het tremolo-circuit in de Creamer is uniek en klinkt uitstekend. Hij is harmonisch rijk, diep en heeft een zeer handig bereik in snelheid.
De Jupiter Ceramic 12" speaker is een transparant klinkende luidspreker. Helder, levendig en zeer efficiënt. Hij heeft een geweldig laag, zelfs bij een zacht volume.
Deze Creamer heeft een van de custom afwerking-opties. Naast het Blonde tolex heeft hij een walnoten bedieningspaneel en 'Oxblood met streep' grill cloth.

The Creamer had to be very versatile so there is an adjustable cathode bias circuit included so that the user can easily substitute 6L6 or 6V6 output tubes with no need to rebias the output tubes. There is also a rear mounted switch added to the back to maintain an 8ohm speaker output regardless of which tube type used. Inside of the chassis, you will find an internal bias adjustment in case you want to fine tune the bias.
With 6V6s the Creamer puts out about 20 watts into 8ohms and has sweet breakup. Put a pair of 6L6s in, flip the switch on the rear panel and you get a bit of more low end, subtler mids, and a touch more headroom. The tremolo circuit in the Creamer is unique and sounds outstanding. It is harmonically rich, deep, and has a very useful range of speed.
The Jupiter Large Ceramic 12" is a transparent sounding speaker. Bright, Lively, and very efficient. Its got a great bottom end even at low volume. This speaker will not break up no matter how hard you push the amp.
This Creamer has one of the custom finish options. It has a walnut faceplate with blonde tolex and oxblood with stripe grill cloth.
