Taylor 414ce Studio Natural

Taylor now offers fans of Indian rosewood a more budget-friendly alternative to the standard Grand Auditorium 414ce model.

The 414ce Studio combines solid Indian rosewood back and sides with a torrefied Sitka spruce top and features other thoughtful design enhancements that deliver premium Taylor playability and tone combined with an artfully distilled aesthetic. ​The popular cutaway Grand Auditorium entices players of all styles with its balanced sound and other features.

This Studio edition features a gloss body and is offered with a natural or Shaded Edgeburst top. The guitar features Taylor nickel tuners, built-in ES2 electronics and V-Class bracing that not only improves intonation with greater volume, sustain and projection, but also improves intonation across the entire fingerboard, delivering greater clarity, consistency and harmonic harmony between notes. The result is that the full-spectrum voice of rosewood, with its rich overtones, is given an even more pleasing high-fidelity sound that translates into a more expressive response.

Notable updates include a torrefied spruce top for a more played-in sound, rounded body edges with black and white top edges, a 1-11/16-inch nut width, 4mm Italian acrylic dot fingerboard inlays, a 3-ring black rosette, a faux tortoiseshell pickguard, and the addition of a hardshell case for easy transport.
