With our personal service and setup, we will work with you to get your dream guitar in your hands. But what if that dream doesn't turn out to be what you hoped for? Even then we are there for you!

Making the right decision

At our shop in Dedemsvaart, you can try out any instrument, amp or pedal as much as you like. Although this might be more of a challenge if you check out our online shop, don't worry: our sales team is here to help you. We will be happy to guide you through our online selection and give you additional information, photos, sound demos or even videos to help you make the best choice.

Having said that, we believe that your own home is often the most ideal environment to really test an instrument and decide if it is a perfect fit for you.

Instrument Setup For You 

Before shipment, the instrument will be setup by one of our luthiers so that it will be delivered to you ready to play! To make sure it will be a perfect match, we offer you the possibility to communicate your wishes so that the instrument will be setup to your preferences or playing style.

Return Policy & Exchange Guarantee

Was the wrong product delivered, was damaged in transit, or is something really not to your satisfaction? At TFOA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction by offering a flexible returns policy.

Important Information

As a consumer, you have the legal right to return a purchased product within 14 days. You will receive a full refund, provided that the product is returned in its original, undamaged and unaltered condition. The returned guitar will undergo another quality check. If everything is in order, the credit note will be prepared. We will then contact you to discuss whether you would like to exchange the guitar for another one or whether we should credit your purchase.

At TFOA, however, we go one step further and offer not only a 14-day return policy but also a 30-day exchange guarantee. This means that once the first 14 days have passed, you still have up to 30 days to exchange your purchase with us for another product. This gives you plenty of time to test your new instrument at home and decide whether it suits you.

Should you still decide to return, please note the following:

• Product condition: Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition. In case of damage or alterations, repair costs will be charged.
• Trade-in: Have you traded in a (bass) guitar? Then you can choose to undo the trade-in or pick another guitar.
• Handling fee: A handling fee of up to €150 may be applied to regular returns.
• Shipping costs: Return costs are at your own expense. We offer an optional return label service, the cost of which can be found under the heading below: Return costs.
• Sustainability: Returns not only have a financial impact, but also contribute to pollution and waste. By making a conscious choice beforehand, you help contribute to a more sustainable future.
