Open Vacancies:

Medior/Senior Videographer / Content Creator (32-38 hours)

- Life's too short to watch shitty videos -

At The Fellowship of Acoustics, we believe that a guitar only truly comes to life when you can both hear and see it. Our shop – a villa filled with exceptional instruments, passionate luthiers and colleagues who really know their stuff – deserves content that reflects that. No boring product shots, but stories that resonate with guitarists.

With nearly 30,000 followers on YouTube, we already have a solid foundation; now we’re looking for someone to take that to the next level. Not someone who simply films what’s asked of them, but someone who understands guitarists and knows instinctively which stories need telling. You’ll have plenty of freedom to experiment with new concepts, as long as it aligns with who we are.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be joining our marketing team and working alongside a junior videographer to create a steady stream of content that forms the foundation for everything we do online. You’ll be part of a team that includes a photographer, graphic designer, copywriter, social media specialist and email/CRO marketeer.

You’ll devise and monitor formats that work time and time again, from comprehensive buying guides to snappy reels. You’ll handle pre-production, film in the shop and workshop, and edit the footage. Occasionally, you’ll travel to (international) trade fairs or visit brands.

You liaise easily with the rest of the marketing team, as well as with colleagues in Sales and our luthiers. You constantly assess what works and adapt formats where necessary. You also mentor and inspire our junior videographer to develop further in the profession.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Proven knowledge of guitars and equipment

  • You can independently manage a production from concept to publication

  • You know exactly how YouTube works and are up to date with the latest developments in your field

  • You edit quickly and consistently in DaVinci Resolve (video and audio)

  • You have demonstrable knowledge of audio editing and understand what makes for good sound quality

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English

  • You are comfortable in front of the camera or as a voice-over artist

  • You have good coaching/training skills

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of how to grow a channel

  • Experience with After Effects and PhotoShop

  • Experience with NAS systems

What’s in it for you?
A competitive salary based on your experience, 24 days’ holiday (based on a 38-hour working week) and a 15% staff discount in a shop full of instruments you’d want to buy anyway.

How to apply?
Send your application by 10 May to hr@tfoa.eu, including examples of your own work. Show us what you can do. Show, don't just tell.
