Patrick James Eggle builds guitars that combine British craftsmanship with innovative design, and this 2022 Macon SC Semi is a wonderful example of that philosophy. With its semi-hollow construction, flamed maple top in Lemon Burst, and hand-wound Mojo PAF humbuckers, this guitar delivers a versatile sound that blends vintage charm with modern playability.

Patrick James Eggle began his career in the 1980s as a luthier and gained recognition with his eponymous brand, which was acquired by Music Man in the 1990s. After this period, Eggle returned to crafting handmade instruments from his workshop in the United Kingdom. The Macon SC Semi is part of his current collection and combines classic semi-hollow elements with Eggle’s own vision on tonewoods, construction, and electronics. The model is known for its balance between resonance and feedback control, making it ideal for both jazz and rock.

This 2022 James Eggle remains in particularly clean condition. The guitar shows only minimal signs of playwear on the body and neck, with a few small scratches visible on the headstock. It is in excellent condition and comes in a case with certificate of authenticity.
