McAlister Guitars 12-Fret D Model 2007

With a solid Honduran rosewood body and an Adirondack spruce top, this McAlister delivers a full, deep tone with a remarkable clarity in the high end. Roy McAlister has been building guitars for decades in his workshop in Washington, with a focus on traditional craftsmanship and carefully selected tonewoods. His instruments are relatively rare outside a close circle of enthusiasts, but are highly regarded by those who know them.

This McAlister combines a unique dreadnought body shape, with the neck joining the body at the twelfth fret. It features a fairly wide string spacing, making it very comfortable to play!

This American dreadnought from 2007 shows dings and scratches on the top and body, along with some play wear on the pickguard and neck. Nevertheless, it presents cleanly and is in excellent condition.
