With the GPC-13E Modern, Martin delivers a guitar that's ready for the stage: a Grand Performance model with a cutaway, a solid spruce top, koa back and sides, and, as the finishing touch, Martin's E1 electronics with a built-in tuner. The Grand Performance is one of Martin's more recent body shapes, sitting comfortably between a 000 and a dreadnought in size. The result is a guitar that offers the projection and volume needed for live performance while retaining the comfort and playability of a more compact body.

The solid spruce top, supported by scalloped X-bracing, responds quickly and effortlessly, making the guitar equally at home with energetic strumming and delicate fingerstyle playing. The koa back and sides contribute sparkling highs alongside a warm, focused midrange, creating a balanced voice that cuts through beautifully in a band setting.

The Performing Artist neck with High Performance Taper offers a smooth, familiar playing experience, while the E1 electronics and built-in tuner make stepping onto the stage effortless. The guitar comes complete with a Martin gig bag.
