Kauffmann Guitars builds instruments as a tribute to the iconic models that have shaped the guitar world for decades. This time, they pay homage to a guitar that often flies under the radar.

Kauffmann has become a trusted name in our store, known for crafting vintage-inspired guitars from their workshop in Alphen aan den Rijn. With their signature Time Travel Treatment (TTT), each instrument receives an authentically aged finish that makes it feel like a well-played classic right from the start.

This ’64 FB is based on the legendary Firebird models Gibson introduced in the 1960s. Built from Honduran mahogany for both body and neck, it features Kauffmann’s Light Aging treatment, though a generous amount of finish has been removed for an unmistakably bold look. Combined with the striking Panham Blue finish, the result is a guitar with serious attitude.

Electronics include Lollar Firebird mini humbuckers, delivering the unmistakable Firebird sound. The headstock carries the old Kauffmann logo, further enhancing the vintage vibe. Comes in a Gator case with TFOA passport.
