With the Master Built Torres77, Jellinghaus pays tribute to one of the most influential guitar designs in history. Featuring a solid Swiss Moon Spruce top and a Pau Ferro body, this compact, hand French-polished classical guitar surprises with a rich and lyrical voice.

The Torres77 is based on a design from the second period of Antonio de Torres, the Spanish luthier whose innovations in fan bracing, body shape, and scale length laid the foundation for the modern classical guitar as we know it today.

The combination of the Moon Spruce top and Pau Ferro body produces a clear, detailed tone with a warm underlying character. The fan bracing and lightly applied French polish keep the construction exceptionally lightweight, allowing the guitar to respond with remarkable resonance and sensitivity to the player's touch.

Despite its modest parlor-sized body, it delivers a surprisingly full sound, with singing trebles and impressive projection.
