Iris CH Sunburst Mahogany Spruce 2020

The Iris CH is named after Cory Hollenhorst, the customer who helped create this unique design. A wonderfully compact guitar with a sound that will surprise many!

This design is based on the body shape of the Circle Strings tenor guitar, which has a sloped shoulder. The CH has surprisingly large volume and projection for its small size. The body design places the bridge precisely in the center of the bottom, enhancing the bass response.

Iris Guitars, based in Burlington, Vermont, was founded in 2018 under the auspices of Circle Strings. Iris works with a team of passionate guitar enthusiasts who, under the guidance of experienced luthiers Adam Buchwald and Dale Fairbanks, build modern guitars with a vintage tone and look. This 2020 CH has very light playwear on the pickguard and neck, with a small ding on the back of the body. The guitar otherwise looks very clean and comes with a TFOA passport in a TKL case.
