Fender TL69 Telecaster All Rosewood 1985

Regular price € 2.499

(incl. 0 % VAT)

Few Telecasters are as instantly recognizable as the legendary all rosewood model made famous by George Harrison during the Beatles rooftop performance. This Japanese made Fender Telecaster pays tribute to that iconic late 60s custom build with its unmistakable look, feel and sound.

Built in 1985, this early example features the TL69 90 stamp in the neck pocket, referring to the original Japanese catalog model and price. The fully rosewood construction gives this Telecaster a unique tonal character with remarkable sustain, warmth and resonance, while the lacquered neck adds to its smooth and distinctive playing feel. Weighing 4.1 kilograms, this guitar delivers a solid and substantial presence both acoustically and amplified.

The electronics remain original and the guitar is still in excellent condition. There are some scratches and paint chips on the headstock, along with visible playwear on the pickguard, but the poly finish still looks beautifully vibrant and glossy. A truly iconic Telecaster that combines Beatles inspired history with the quality and craftsmanship of mid 80s Japanese Fender production. Comes in a Fender gig bag with TFOA Passport.
