This latest addition to Eastman's rich lineup is a guitar that has immediately drawn attention with its beautiful looks and high-end specifications. The E6SS is based on Gibson's illustrious J35, the versatile guitar that saw the light of day in 1936. The guitar is also a nod to the Eastman E10SS made for TFOA's 20th anniversary.

For example, this Eastman has a top made of Sitka spruce that has been treated with the well-known Thermo Cured method. This means that the wood has been exposed to heat and pressure before building, where it already loses much of its moisture in the process. The result is a guitar with a played-in character and the sought-after sound qualities of a vintage instrument.

The body and neck of this guitar are made of mahogany, with an ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlays. The traditionally shaped C-profile of the neck offers great playing comfort, while the all-solid woods also provide a versatile and high-quality sound that suits this guitar.

The guitar comes with a certificate of authenticity in a hardshell case.
