Dave Landreth is a highly regarded bassist and a founding member of the Canadian roots-rock band The Bros. Landreth, which he formed with his brother, Joey Landreth. Known for their soulful blend of blues, country, and rock, the band has earned critical acclaim for their musicianship, heartfelt songwriting, and tight harmonies.

Dave's bass playing is characterized by its warm tone, melodic sensibility, and ability to provide a solid rhythmic foundation while also contributing to the song's emotional depth. He often plays a Fender Precision Bass and uses vintage-inspired tones to complement the band's rootsy sound.

This bass has been equipped with two beautiful pickups. The neck position houses the acclaimed Duesenberg Alnico-Blade Bass Singlecoil in a custom noiseless version under the new Gold-Foil style cover. This pickup brings the transparency assosciated with a classic Singlecoil but cancels any unwanted noise on stage. Noise-Cancelling can be switched on or off via a small switch on the pickguard.

In the bridge position, you'll find the latest Duesenberg Gold-Foil Bass Singlecoil beneath a Phonico cover. This configuration offers exceptional transparency and clarity, while also providing ample low-end power to fill the venue with rich tones.

Each pickup has a seperate volume control, as well as a master-tone, allowing you to blend both pickups seamlessly.
