Collings City Limits Deluxe Cherry Sunburst 2012

The Collings CL Deluxe is crafted from the finest flamed maple and Honduran mahogany and is built for sound. Lightweight, resonant mahogany combined with a carefully hand-placed mortise and tenon neck joint brings out tonal complexity and sustain.

The CL Deluxe features ivoroid neck and headstock binding and Collings' custom ivoroid "top hat" knobs and pickup rings. These fine details give the guitar a luxurious and exclusive appearance. This City Limits is further equipped with a pair of Häussel Staufer 57 humbuckers that produce a beautiful sound.

This 2012 Collings has been well-used over the years; you could even call it a true player! There are various signs of wear and dings on the top and body, and there is a chip out of the wood on the back of the headstock. However, the guitar sounds and plays exactly as you would expect from a Collings: sublime!
