For this beautiful A-Style mandolin, Bourgeois has partnered with our good friends at The Acoustic Shoppe, and the result is stunning!

We start with the Aged Tone Adirondack spruce top, which has a fast, dry response with clarity, to which the Aged Tone European maple body adds good focus and projection. The mandolin has a powerful voice with a beautifully clear high end.

The finish is a beautiful deep Cordovan Red, and the stylish matte Bill James tailpiece adds some extra flair to the mandolin, which is further adorned with ivoroid binding. Flamed Aged Tone European maple was chosen for the neck, and together with the ebony fingerboard, it offers delightful playing comfort.

It is a beautiful mandolin in an authentic Lloyd Loar style, finished to the renowned high quality we have come to expect from Bourgeois!
